RELINQUISHED KAIJU - Ten Minute Testing 10/24/16

What's up? I built a deck in 2012 about using Preparation of Rites to get out a Relinquished with Djinn, Banisher. Since then, Nekroz has done all it can to make Yu-Gi-Oh less fun for me. However, with the release of Kaiju and Pre-Preparation, I might have something playable.
